Founder and Technical Director
Ralf Draeger is the Technical Director responsible for solution design and administration of large NAS, SAN and Cloud environments.
Ralf Draeger has been working in the IT industry since 1988. Before founding dynaMigs.net, he had already spent seven years programming, five more as a system administrator (Unix/Windows), and 15 years in consulting and implementation in the NAS environment. He was mainly responsible for EMC Celerra and VNX.
As Senior NAS Solution Architect and Implementation Specialist he worked for well-known car manufacturers, banks, insurance companies, IT service providers and public institutions in EMEA.

Managing Director and Head of Development
Andreas Feile is responsible for the setup, conception, and development of migration environments. He designs methods of load distribution as well as migration control modules to automate migration processes. Andreas Feile is the author of the dynaMigs.net migration tool.
Andreas Feile has been working in the IT industry since 1990. Before founding dynaMigs.net, he worked for decades as a NAS solution architect and independent developer for international companies. Most recently, he developed migration control modules for an American storage manufacturer to automate migration processes, which formed the foundation for the dynaMigs.net toolset.
His industry experience ranges from retail to the financial sector to international automotive groups and hardware manufacturers.

Managing Director and Head of Personnel
Michael Krett is tasked with managing dynaMigs.net. As Head of Personnel he is also responsible for Human Resources.
Michael Krett has been working in the IT industry since 1999. As an external employee, he has previously been responsible for the implementation, operation, and migration of storage systems in the NAS/SAN environment (NetApp, EMC) for well-known companies. He has excellent knowledge in the areas of process design and project and change management (ITIL certified), which he applied in the information technology, mechanical engineering, and automotive industries.
In addition, he has gained several years’ experience abroad in the Arab world, where he worked for an IT group as an expat.

Managing Director, Sales Manager, Manager Change Management
As Managing Director and Head of Sales, Matthias is not only responsible for sales processes, but is also in charge of IT Change Management. He is also the originator of the control module dynaPlan
Matthias Weidmann has been involved in various IT projects since 1991. Before co-founding dynaMigs.net, he was a freelance IT project engineer for international hardware manufacturers, where he was responsible for business organisation and project management for complex, heterogeneous IT systems.
Matthias Weidmann has relevant experience in the design, implementation, operation, and migration of storage systems in the enterprise sector. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, an EMC Proven Professional, and holds several certificates in the field of IT project management (ITIL v3, PRINCE2 etc.).
